10-Week Program
Our exclusive ten-week program covers TWI skills. A Lean Manufacturing & TWI expert will coach three teams per day in two-hour sessions. Much of the learning will take place on the factory floor.
A commitment of an additional ten hours per week is expected from each team member. These two hours per day will be needed to practice on self-selected projects.
Large Organizations
Organizations with 300 to 500+ employees can field 15 teams to fill the program.
Small & Medium Organizations
Small and medium organizations within a 50-mile radius can form “learning clusters” to fill the program.
Fifteen teams are needed, with a minimum of 3 teams per company.
$1800 USD per person for 10 weeks of coaching
